The Girl behind the Tonic

My name’s Corrie. I’m a wife & mom living in the great state of Texas. I became passionate about mixing up cocktails when I discovered I could no longer drink craft beer (boo Celiac). I didn’t want to be stuck drinking wine & margaritas for the rest of my life and thus began my experiments with mixed drinks. Creating cocktails has since become a creative outlet for me– I love playing with different & unexpected flavor combinations. Serving drinks in vintage glassware takes it over the top for me!

Fancy high-end drinks are fun to enjoy out at a bar but they’re often hard to recreate at home. The recipes you find here won’t have twenty-two obscure ingredients. They’ll be accessible, creative, & still impress the friends hanging out in your living room.
