Ingredients
  

  • ½ glass prosecco the drier the better
  • 1 ½ oz Aperol
  • soda water
  • orange slice

Instructions
 

  • Pour prosecco into a wine glass, halfway full.
  • Add the Aperol.
  • Carefully add a handful of ice.
  • Top off with soda water.
  • Garnish with a slice of orange.
