Passionfruit Paloma with Beet Syrup
A unique twist on the Paloma, this Passionfruit Paloma uses passionfruit sparkling water in place of grapefruit soda and beet simple syrup to sweeten it up.
- 1½ oz tequila (skip this to make a mocktail)
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- ½ oz beet simple syrup (see note for recipe)
- 2+ oz passionfruit sparkling water (unsweetened)
