Mezcal in Maui

A tropical take on a mezcal margarita. If you love smoky cocktails, you'll love the Mezcal in Maui.

Ingredients
  

  • 1½ oz mezcal
  • ½ oz triple sec/orange liqueur
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • ¼ oz Demerara syrup*
  • lime wheel & mint for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add the mezcal, triple sec, pineapple juice, lime juice, and Demerara syrup to a shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake well.
  • Strain into a lowball glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with the lime wheel and mint.
