Bishop of Bordeaux
The Bishop of Bordeaux is a lighter verison of the Obispo de Cuba, or the Bishop. It's made with white wine and white rum. It's a perfect balance between tart, sweet, and fruity.
- 1½ oz white rum
- ½ oz white wine
- ½ oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ oz simple syrup*
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well for about 20 seconds.
Strain into a coupe or a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a lime twist.
